These terms govern your use of this website and the appointment request service on it. By using the site or submitting the form, you accept them.
This site provides information about HIV and STI testing services at Klinik Pratama Bali Medika, a licensed private clinic in Kuta, Bali, and lets you request an appointment.
This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not use this form.
Everything on this website is general health information. It is not a medical diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for consulting a doctor. Reading this site does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Only a consultation and testing at the clinic can tell you your actual status. Never delay seeking medical care because of something you read here.
Most test results are ready in about three hours, because the laboratory is inside the clinic. This is a typical turnaround, not a guarantee: some tests take longer by nature, and occasional laboratory or supply factors can extend it. We will always tell you the expected timing for your specific tests when you book.
Results are provided by email, WhatsApp, or collected at the clinic, according to what you and the clinician agree.
No test is infallible, and every test has a window period — a time after exposure during which an infection may not yet be detectable. The clinician will advise you whether and when a repeat test is appropriate.
We are a private clinic and do not process insurance. Payment is made at the clinic by card or cash.
We treat your information as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please note that email and WhatsApp are not fully secure channels by nature; if you would prefer to receive results only in person at the clinic, tell us and we will do that.
We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website — for example from relying on general information here instead of seeking a consultation, or from a technical failure that prevents a form reaching us.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the clinical care we actually provide, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause is about the website, not about your treatment.
The content, design and branding of this site belong to Bali Medika unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
